Fitness Kickboxing

If you're looking for a great martial arts workout without the formal aspects of the belts and uniforms, then kickboxing is for you. This non-sparring class develops self-defense skills, improves balance, flexibility, and focus!

Along with blasting the targets, class includes a variety of conditioning exercises and circuit-training stations

for strength, toning, and weight loss.


No two classes are ever the same. You will not get bored with this workout!
